Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Up Roll Cafe team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing
- Help with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow all safety and food handling procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints effectively
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling practices
- Familiarity with operating the Square POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
