About us
We are seeking an experienced retail/sales manager to join our team. As Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the dispensary and ensuring staff provide exceptional service to eligible patients, among other related duties. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management and compliance, cash handling and bank deposits, staff training and scheduling, rapid response to customer complaints or concerns, and ensuring all systems and technology are functional at all times, including security systems, point-of-sale systems and recordkeeping systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-growing cannabis industry and contribute to the success of our dispensary. Past experience in cannabis is not required but the manager must be able to learn quickly and fully understand and articulate the products we serve, including providing detailed information about different strains, products, and consumption methods and overseeing staff training to ensure all staff are consistent and accurate with the information they provide to patients. The manager is required to strictly adhere to all state laws and regulations and must pass a background check. Previous experience in retail or sales management is required.
