What We Seek:
Join us as the Director of Development for the Children's Miracle Network (CMN) at the University of New Mexico Foundation, where you'll play a pivotal role in fundraising and managing this vital University operating unit to raise philanthropic support for UNM Children’s Hospital. You'll lead the charge in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating cause-related fundraising campaigns, projects and programs to achieve our development goals and objectives.
In this dynamic position, you'll personally identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and prospects in alignment with performance targets set by the UNM Foundation. Your leadership will extend to leading a fast paced, multi-faceted fundraising program and team through coordinating fundraising campaigns projects, programs, and activities to enhance visibility among various stakeholders, including leadership, alumni, corporations, foundations, the business community, volunteers, and beyond. Compensation Salary Range
$80,000 - $85,000
Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
Other Requirements
Must be able to drive personal vehicle for University and Foundation business (mileage reimbursed) and hold a valid driver’s license with current insurance, and a clean driving record. Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of criminal, driving record, and employment background screening. Some positions may also require credit background screening as well.
