Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator II with expertise in End User Computing, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Citrix, Application Packaging and Deployment, Patching, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Office 365 (O365), and basic scripting. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining a secure, efficient, and innovative end user computing environment.

Experience and Education

Required:

  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent with relevant and progressive work experience and 3 years of job related experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a support position or role in an information systems environment.
  • May be required to submit to a federal background investigation.
Job Duties:
  • Deploying, creating, and maintaining client desktop images, configuration, software distribution, and patching.
  • Strong Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities to develop and continuously refine processes to improve endpoint functionality and stability.
  • Ensure that the network and connectivity issues are clearly identified and fixed.
  • Develop enhanced production monitoring and additional capabilities.
  • Ensure that the desktops, mobile devices, and tablets are updated with latest patches, ensuring security and latest features to be available.
  • Manage project deliverables and support services such that all the SLA's are met for every measuring period.
  • Responsible for providing Tier III support to internal customers by processing incidents and service requests that arrive at the technical help desk.
  • Use ServiceNow to track, record, and maintain all Incidents and Change requests while maintaining internal and customer facing documentation in the Knowledge Base
