University Preparatory Academy - West Palm Beach is Hiring a Teacher Near Beach, FL

Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team in a K-8 environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong classroom management skills, and be committed to fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom setting conducive to learning
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their academic growth
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Valid State of Florida Educator's Certificate or Statement of Eligibility
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- ESOL Endorsement/Certification Preferred

  • Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force as needed to move objects.

Pay: $51,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
