Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in various educational settings, possess strong classroom management skills, and be committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
Experience:
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Strong background in childhood development and literacy education
- Previous experience in a private school setting is a plus
- Excellent classroom management skills to create a conducive learning environment
- Knowledge of math concepts and the ability to teach math effectively
Must posses 45 hours of childcare training and/or CDA
Must be CPR certified.
