The incumbent is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of various positions throughout the organization. He/she will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing and referring qualified candidates to respective hiring departments. Targeting the best qualified candidates, this recruiter will develop strategies to attract and retain staff as well as provide support to new hires. The recruiter conducts interviews and makes recommendations regarding the hiring of employees. This person will also coordinate, promote, attend, and participate in recruitment events. He/she will also assist the department and team with special projects as it relates to HR functions. Examples of special projects include but are not limited to participating in Onboarding of new hires, assisting with coordinating travel for staff and candidates, attending meetings and reporting on current nurse recruitment initiatives, assisting HR department and organization during regulatory surveys conducting research and investigations related to labor related issues/grievances, as well as other duties and projects as assigned.
