As an HRBP, you'll be at the forefront of driving organizational success. You will partner with company leaders to understand their needs and align human resources. You will serve our employees and help them succeed at work and personally. As the HRBP you'll play a key role in running the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

  • Providing expert guidance on all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Developing and implementing HR programs and policies that foster a positive work culture and drive employee engagement.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels, providing coaching and support on HR-related matters.
  • Assisting with recruitment efforts, from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding new hires.
  • Managing employee relations issues with professionalism and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Serving as a resource for employees, answering questions and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Proficient in comprehending, interpreting, and applying relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Time Management and Analytical Skills: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, along with effective time management to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Travel and Attendance: Willingness to travel to various work locations regularly and the ability to attend meetings at various times and locations is required.
  • Preferably possesses a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of human resource management experience, working knowledge of HR disciplines, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred.
