The Associate Director of Student Involvement for Intercultural Education and Engagement (IEE) provides advocacy and support for historically underrepresented and marginalized student populations and is responsible for the development of co-curricular engagement opportunities that assist in their retention and matriculation. Additionally, this position is tasked with creating programs, events, and workshops that increase the University community’s understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Student Services or related field and 3 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience. A valid driver’s license, good driving record and successful background check are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Student Personnel Services or related field preferred. Experience with coordinating or implementing cultural events and training on a college campus preferred.
Salary:
$45,133 - $50,500; Salary commensurate with education and experience.
