```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pathologist Assistant to join our team. As a Pathologist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting pathologists with the examination and diagnosis of patient specimens. You will work closely with medical professionals in a hospital setting to ensure accurate specimen collection, processing, and laboratory procedures.

```Duties```
- Collect and process patient specimens for analysis
- Perform laboratory procedures following established protocols
- Assist pathologists in the examination and diagnosis of specimens
- Maintain accurate records of specimen collection and processing
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and aseptic techniques
- Provide patient care, including obtaining vital signs and preparing patients for procedures
- Utilize knowledge of physiology to assist in the interpretation of test results
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Pathology or related field
- Certification as a Pathologist Assistant (PA) or eligible for certification
- Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
- Proficient in specimen collection and processing techniques
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
