PAE is seeking a Senior Writer and Communications Project Manager to join PAE's communications team. In this role, Senior Writer and Communications Project Manager completes the following:

• Prepares, develops, designs, writes, proofreads, and edits marketing and promotional materials in a timely and accurate manner, including diverse marketing media, brochures, newsletters, and website promotional materials.
• Writes, edits, proofreads, and assists with print and electronic communications including, but not limited to presentations, news articles, fundraising appeals, marketing pieces, event invitations and programs, web, email, and social content, and print collateral.
• Adapts language and tone of messages based on product, medium, and branding/style guidelines.
• Develops, reviews, and maintains web content for public University websites.
• Manages writing project review and approval process, and ensures all projects are delivered and distributed on time and to client/leadership satisfaction.

Manages writing project review and approval process and ensures adherence to schedules, guidelines, and brand. Mentors student and temporary workers.

Writing, editing, project management, and collaboration with University partners.

Mostly sedentary with occasional need to travel to assist with on-campus events in Pittsburgh.
