Essential FunctionsPerforming bioinformatics analyses and using the R and Python programming languages in a Linux/Unix environment. Realizing deep learning projects using Pytorch and TensorFlow. Curating metabolic pathways across species (frog, human, mouse), and performing integrative analyses of gene expression and metabolite data. Analyzing and summarizing data for scientific communication. Maintaining records of data and data analyses, reviewing, and presenting the pertinent scientific literature. Other duties as assigned.
Physical EffortMinimal physical effort. Mostly sitting for prolonged periods of time.
