About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and Director of Financial Operations to play a pivotal role in leading and directing its financial and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, including planning, management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This key position also involves supporting the President and CFO with administrative operations, supervising department heads, and working on special projects such as strategic planning and organizational enhancement. The role requires a professional with a minimum of five years of industry-related experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and a strong background in financial and administrative best practices.As the Senior Vice President and Director of Financial Operations, the candidate will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of the industry, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial direction. Experience in non-profit financial management and a personal connection to disability issues, health/human services, or non-profit organizations is preferred. The role also involves maintaining essential operating systems, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the company's financial strength and growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and ethical leader, with the capacity to recommend and implement systems that increase efficiency and productivity, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
