JOB SUMMARY:

Profession: RN - Long-Term Care

Client: Direct Client

City: South Mountain

Duration: 13 weeks (Extendable)

Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. 8 hours. 40 hours a week.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience.
• Active license in PA state.
• COVID Vaccinated.
• BLS / CPR Preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct various medical procedures including venipuncture and catheterization.
• Document patient medical information accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide support in areas such as dermal fillers, family planning, ophthalmology, and home care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in patient assessment and medical documentation.
• Proficiency in medical procedures such as venipuncture and catheterization.
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Familiarity with family planning, toddler care, and home care practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in dermal fillers administration.
• Ability to provide care for patients with developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ophthalmology practices
