Department Summary | The HSC Operations Office creates solutions for a healthier community by fostering an environmentally friendly, well maintained, safe place to work and learn. Our departments include Institutional Real Property, Facilities Management, Environmental Health and Safety, Police, and Central Services. Institutional Real Property is charged with overseeing the operation, maintenance, and maximum asset performance of HSC's commercial leasing and investments, including on and off-campus properties. |
Position Overview | This position will provide operation, repair, maintenance, and management of all building systems. Monitor all building systems for normal running conditions, regulate equipment operations and conditions, including preventative maintenance. Respond to system interruption, diagnose causes and recommend or take corrective action as needed. Project management skills needed for this position include:
