This position provides support to the Career Services team with a focus on customer service and administrative responsibilities including:

• Answers phones and greets visitors
• Helps to prepare materials for career-focused events
• Assists with special projects related to student career and industry engagement
• Assists the Career Services Student Engagement and Industry Engagement staff as requested
• Business Professional attire (i.e. slacks, khakis, polos, blouses)
• Availability to work during high traffic time frames of office
• Flexibility, consistency, and dependability in work attendance
• Must be available to work in person, Monday-Friday during the 8am-5pm timeframe
