Position Summary | The Division of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking a Research Associate Professor for a fixed term faculty position. This position will place a strong emphasis on leading research activities focused on neonatology, such as neurodevelopmental outcomes and complications of prematurity. Research will require the development of their own research team to conduct basic, translational, or clinical research activities. |
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements | Candidates must have a PhD and five years of relevant experience. |
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience | Preference will be given to candidates that have previous leadership of a research team and have served as a primary investigator on funded studies. |
