Position Summary | The Office of Associate Dean for Experiential Learning at the UNM School of Law seeks a student employee Faculty Assistant. This position will assist with reviewing and archiving closed case files from the Innocence & Justice Project. Hours are flexible and are anticipated to be 8 - 12 hours per week. Due to the sensitive nature of these files, the person we hire will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement. Main duties include: - Identifying the IJP files we have on record - Logging related data and records information into a database - Scanning files into electronic storage as necessary - Preparing physical files for archiving with UNM Records Management |

Preferred Qualifications | - Excellent reading skills - Strong organizational skills - Knowledge of Excel - Ability to understand and follow the rules of confidentiality - Knowledge of general legal terms is a plus |
