Position Information Working Title Telecom Client Services Associate (Lincoln, Omaha or Kearney, NE) Position Number 9740 Job Description Summary This position consists of various customer service duties in the telecommunications area of Client Services, including answering incoming calls for telephone, data port and customer service requests, the application of telecommunications regulations and principles, and the installation, diagnosis, repair and calibration of telecommunications equipment.

This position will be responsible for the processing of telecommunications related orders for connection of, changes to, and cancelling of service.

This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Centrex features and programmingEquivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
