Duties

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Content & Digital Marketing Strategist to join the Communications department in our shared vision to make a positive difference in the lives of those we serve. You should be endlessly curious, organized, and comfortable in both creative and analytical spaces. This is a hybrid position that will work at Wilder Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Reporting to the Communications Director, the Content and Digital Marketing Strategist role will own Wilder's day-to-day marketing tactics, including campaign setup and execution. Successful applicants have experience with digital marketing, are comfortable giving feedback to colleagues and vendors, communicating results to leaders and are highly proficient in digital marketing, copywriting, graphic design, video editing and project management.

Our Communications Team will be launching a new website and global brand update. The Content and Digital Marketing Strategist role is key contributor to Wilder's roadmap for continued growth.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field (or at least three-five years of professional direct experience in planning and implementing multichannel communications, overseeing digital assets (including websites), web development, and general communications)

Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms and engagement
Data analysis skills to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance
General understanding of effective document design and visual storytelling
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation platforms, Google Analytics, and WordPress

Certification in Google Ads and SEM knowledge a plus

Technical knowledge and experience with digital advertising, including reaching target audiences, planning and implementing digital advertising (including PPC) across social media platforms and search engines. Analytics and reporting of same.

Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate competency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS) Studio, and Microsoft Office 365

Exhibits conceptual knowledge of company identity, mission, and goals

An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks

Ability to think both creatively and analytically

Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills

Project and budget management skills

Quick and enthusiastic learner
