This is a full time position.
Duties
Serve as clients' primary point of contact regarding health care coverage needs. Coordinate coverage, including but not limited to application and reinstatement processes. Maintain a strong familiarity with insurance plans and eligibility criteria. Work with clients and families to ensure high satisfaction with program services. Complete communications and support tasks in an efficient and quality-conscious manner.
