Duties

Serve as clients' primary point of contact regarding health care coverage needs. Coordinate coverage, including but not limited to application and reinstatement processes. Maintain a strong familiarity with insurance plans and eligibility criteria. Work with clients and families to ensure high satisfaction with program services. Complete communications and support tasks in an efficient and quality-conscious manner.

Experience Requirement

• MNSure Navigator Certified
• Minimum of 2 years experience in social service/mental health field experience required
• Experience with case management or care/medical insurance coordination is preferred
• If hired bilingual – fluency in speaking and proficiency in writing English language and fluency in speaking one or more additional languages
