Phalen Village Clinic's teams provide a full range of services for you and your family. Our patients include newborns, children, teenagers, adults, seniors, and residents of nursing homes. Our clinics offer services in general family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, social services, patient education, and referral to specialty care. We are a Certified Health Care Home and we provide enhanced care coordination services.

The Clinic Services Assistant promotes the M Physicians' philosophy of patient centered care by guiding patients through the efficient operation of both reception check-in and checkout procedures. This role welcomes visitors, provides non-clinical information, takes messages, schedules appointments or procedures, collects co-pays and verifies health insurance information. The individual in this role displays proficient time management skills, the ability to prioritize and triage work in a fast-paced environment, thinks critically and displays interpersonal competency.

Minimum Qualifications:
Location: 1414 Maryland Ave. E St. Paul, MN 55106
Hours: 40 hours a week - clinic hours between 8am-5pm
