Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management.

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment
- Perform cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist with payroll processing and scheduling of staff shifts
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail management, or Customer Service, is required
- Strong knowledge of cash register operations, inventory control, and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team of employees
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
