General Summary
Under limited supervision directs the design, development, and implementation of learning and organizational development programs across the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS). Provides education, performance improvement strategies and solutions to ensure team member competency and operational efficiency remain high at all times.
This is a system-level role with responsibilities for hiring, talent development, budget, policy, and system-wide learning, leadership, and organizational development.
