Breast Cancer Survivorship Nurse Practitioners providers will:

• Manage the patient’s survivorship plans, provide follow up care, pre-op teaching and continuity of care
• Independently provide care in outpatient setting, seeing approximately 10-15 patients including new patients and full up care
• Attend weekly tumor board meetings
• Designated day for survivorship plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to include breast surgeons, general surgeons, medical oncology, radiation oncology as well as compassionate support and ancillary staff.
• Full time weekday schedule
• No call coverage, weekend or after hours.

Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System, and a leading provider of comprehensive care to women and men who experience breast cancer and disease at the Aiello Breast Center. We are looking for an experienced full time breast Cancer Survivorship Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient clinic in Glen Burnie, MD. In this position, you will enhance and improve the care for our populations and their families.

• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner required.
• Board Certification Nurse Practitioner
• Ideal candidate will have proven experience working with and treating breast cancer patients, oncology or long standing work history as an NP.
• Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required. 
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current NRP and PALS certifications
• DEA and CDS eligible.
