University of Mary Hardin-Baylor is Hiring a Records Clerk Near Belton, TX

Responsibilities:
Assists with all activities related to registration and academic records as assigned. Provides exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff and faculty. Performs data entry, receptionist, and clerical tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains accurate records and files. Generates reports and correspondence.
Minimum Requirements: 
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years full-time employment experience in office, clerical or secretarial duties (preferably in an educational environment) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required. Experience in a database environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in general office equipment operation is required.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred.
  • Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
