Software Support Analyst
Full-time, Regular, Exempt Position
The University of Maine System is accepting applications for a Software Support Analyst. This position is responsible for administering, monitoring, and/or customizing the Enterprise Systems, and related tools and interfaces. The Software Support Analyst provides expertise in and support for the application, including deploying and training the software solutions.
This position supports fully remote / work from home employees and is not dependent upon a specific physical location. Office space on a University of Maine System campus location can also be provided, if desired.
Based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, the annual salary range is $55,000 - $58,000 plus a 10% employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents. The UMS is a recipient of the Wellness Councils of America’s Well Workplace Award and offers a wellness program.
