Job Summary | Field incoming phone and e-mails concerning ifFML application has been received. Return calls to employeesinforming them of the same. Possible contacting healthcareproviders via phone with general questions. Enter FML intoKRONOS timekeeping system. Printing, stuffing envelopes and mailing FML notices to employees. Other duties as requested byFML team and/or HR Manager. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | KRONOS ability to enterleaves. Mircosoft (Word, Excel). Ability to effectively andprofessionally interact with all levels of UK employees andsupervisors/managers, healthcare providers, etc. by phone,e-mail, or in-person. Must understand HIPAA and adhere to HRconfidentiality standards. |
