Description:
Position Summary
Responsible for managing all aspects of contracts, including preparing, revising, examining, and analyzing contract documents. Participates in contract negotiations as requested. Acts as a liaison between the College of Medicine Rockford, external business partners, and the university contracts office to ensure timely processing of contract agreements. Provides interpretation of contract terms to departments regarding terms and conditions outlined in various contract agreements.
