Independently performs professional-level duties including consultation / guidance to managers, search committees & unit EEO / AA coordinators, ensuring fair & equitable hiring process through routine review & audit of employment action, interpreting, communicating & applying federal / state regulations / guidelines & university policy to recruitment & selection processes, assisting with compiling data for various EEO / AA reports.
Has no supervisory responsibilities. Position Overview The EEO Specialist assists the Director, Employee Development and Workforce Diversity in the development, monitoring and coordination of EEO / AA functions of the University of Idaho
