About the College/Unit/Department | Through a partnership with the Department of the Air Force, the Owens Institute for Behavioral Research (OIBR) and the Department of Human Development and Family Science (HDFS) are seeking candidates for to support the execution of an ongoing program evaluation, specifically the evaluation of financial literacy trainings for Airmen. The UGA team oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive Air Force-wide evaluation efforts of a set of trainings delivered to Airmen at various touchpoints over the life course ranging from promotion and pre-deployment to marriage and divorce. OIBR is an interdisciplinary social and behavioral science research facility which serves as a base for numerous extramural grant awards. The HDFS Department has a strong research and evaluation culture, with a focus on studying the human lifespan, family systems, and child and adolescent development as well as the diversity of experiences and approaches to prevention and intervention. |
