Job Summary :
The Senior HR Payroll Specialist will be the main point of contact for payroll / funding, employee leave / Family Medical Leave, and HCM Transactions.
In addition to these main duties, this position will work closely with the Finance Specialist and Division Administrators to assist in fiscal management and ensure data integrity, as well as managing the funding distribution inbox.
Key Responsibilities :
- First point of contact for Department of Psychiatry payroll questions, issues, and verifications.
- Independently processes all aspects of biweekly and monthly payroll for the department.
- Assist central leave office to process Family Medical Leave (FML), FAMLI, Paid Parental Leave (PPL) paperwork and system tracking in coordination with our central leave office.
- Responsible for all aspects of entering salary / FTE changes, funding entry changes, PETs, additional pay, and uploading time into HCM.
- Responsible for HR and payroll entries across all divisions for the department.
Work Location :
Hybrid this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.
