Under the direction of the Ward 86 Nurse Managers, the incumbent will perform work as a Registered Nurse in a primary care setting. The incumbent will be responsible for nursing care, including, but not limited to, providing direct patient care, coordinating care, providing education and coaching for a panel of patients within an interdisciplinary team structure. In addition to direct nursing care, the incumbent will participate in quality improvement initiatives, attend meetings, and sit on clinic committees as directed.
