Junior Specialist - Schwer Lab
Junior Specialist position available at UCSF.
A molecular genetics and neurobiology laboratory in the UCSF Departments of Neurological Surgery and Cellular & Molecular Pharmacology, the Eli and Edythe Broad Center of Regeneration Medicine and Stem Cell Research, and the Bakar Aging Research Institute is seeking a highly motivated and responsible individual for a Junior Specialist position. Appointees in the Specialist series will be expected to engage in specialized research and professional activities and do not have teaching responsibilities. Specialists are expected to use their professional expertise to make scientific and scholarly contributions. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of studies and techniques at the molecular and cellular levels. In addition to technical responsibilities, the individual will have the opportunity to co-author publications.
