DescriptionProvide administrative and financial support for the MSO. Also, providing overall administrative support to the office manager and division administration offices. Maintain MSO and divisional calendar, schedule meetings, events, teleconferences, events/conferences, organize documents and maintain office files. Provide financial support running monthly financial reports, monthly financial projections, and account reconciliation. Prepare physician service revenue analysis comparison report. Generate graphs/pie charts monthly. Maintain Financial Projection Module (FPM) database updated with fund manager and faculty assignments. Maintain database of all contracts and grant submissions and awards. Assist with quarterly office/lab space reporting. Maintain various databases for contracts, grants, gift, faculty honors and donations. Serve as back up to various offices: staff/academic personnel, purchasing, finance as needed. Assist with special projects.Salary Range: $22.03 - $43.68/Hour
QualificationsRequired:* Excellent skills necessary to manipulate Excel spreadsheets and prepare special reports and maintain lists and/or databases for tracking patient billing and contract and grant submissions.* Ability to perform under the pressure of frequent interruptions and distractions.* Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of Division, Departmental and other University staff, faculty fellows and community physicians and research nurses.* Ability to supervise & train new students and clerical staff.* Working knowledge of account review and reconciliation. Preferred:* Knowledge of using QDB, FPM and Financial Web Applications.
