DescriptionJoin our team at the Immunogenetics Center as a Laboratory Technician 2, where you'll play a vital role in client services. Your primary duties will include:* Answer incoming calls and address service problems, requests for patient and/or client information for clinical reports.* Prepare and send supplies to clients, including inventory management and ordering of all client supplies and department supplies.* Identify specimen types, reviewing labels/orders, and ensuring volume stability of specimens.* Receive and accession client specimens.* Perform specimen processing related to clinical testing using laboratory equipment.* Monitor and facilitate the internal routing of specimens, requisitions, and reports.* Perform data entry in LIS and maintaining inventory of supplies.* Handle administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, faxing, and filing reports.Salary Range: $32.77 - $43.22/hour

Qualifications* High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. HiSET or GED).* At least 2 years of customer service experience in a clinical laboratory setting.* Outstanding customer service skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational needs.* Superb time management and organizational skills.
