Position Summary:

Functions as specialist knowledgeable in Linen inventory, providing purchasing and inventory management support to a specific area of hospital.Will build working relationships with departments, communicating with nursing managers then relaying needs to management.Duties also include managing PAR levels and communicating any stopgaps to management for injection of new linen.Responsible for responding to and relaying ScrubEx issues as well as the onboarding of new users. This position also is responsible for working with departmental end users/customers, ensuring an effective and streamlined linen supply experience.

Salary Range:

Hourly RateMinimum$19.88Midpoint$22.78Maximum $25.67

Required Qualifications:

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Must have 1 year of previous job-related experience managing a multiple product inventory (SKU) and stock procurement system

Must possess and maintain a valid California driver's license

Position is subject to the California DMV's "Pull Notice System" and continued employment is contingent upon proof of a satisfactory driving record.

Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and a rotating schedule to meet operational needs

Must be able to effectively communicate, read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English

Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations

Must be able to perform heavy manual tasks

Licenses and Certifications:

Driver's License(Preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

Inventory management experience in a hospital, clinic or similar environment

Knowledge of hospital MMIS system

Knowledge of UCI policies and procedures
