Summary of Job Duties:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse in our designated clinic. As the Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the highest quality Patient and Family-Centered Care within the clinic. You will oversee the nursing and clinical team, manage the patient flow processes, and promote wellness, improved outcomes, and self-care among a defined patient population. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in providing support, education, and assistance to patients who have chronic conditions, helping them prevent and maintain their health. As the Charge Nurse the individual will work with the CSM in the daily operations and supervision of the clinic and staff.Qualifications:Required
