Summary of Job Duties:Within the UAMS Imaging department (on and off campus locations), the Imaging Services Project and Equipment Coordinator provides support and coordination of all clinical and operational analytics, ensure regulatory requirements are maintained and the facility is supported. The Imaging Services Project and Equipment Coordinator has experience in data management and analysis, creation of actionable reports and management of facilities with oversight of compliance for regulatory standards. This team member utilizes data in problem identification and resolution. Effective communication techniques are a necessity as well as the ability to effectively translate information to team members inclusive of all levels of education, background and disciplines. .Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with three (3) years project management experience or high school degree plus seven (7) years project management experience
Strong skills in MS Office, database software and analytics software
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate degree

Responsibilities:
Provides information for day-to-day project and equipment management of one or more diagnostics imaging services, including nurturing and maintaining positive rapport with medical staff and other UAMS employees.
Serves as a consultant for diagnostic imaging projects and equipment for external clinics and coordinates outside vendor and support services for imaging services projects.
Ensures customer satisfaction by analyzing customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions and providing appropriate follow through.
Maintains a current inventory of imaging equipment and ensures cost effective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to all imaging areas throughout facility, including general maintenance.
Participates in the planning and organization of staff and facilities in order to meet all regulatory requirements, including the Joint Commission and Arkansas Department of Health.
Provides assistance with the installation, planning, and implementation of capital purchases.
Assists in the annual evaluation of lead aprons and other protective gear and maintains proper recording of inspections per regulations.
May perform other duties as assigned.
