Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

• At least one year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

• At least one year of experience in enrollment services, academic advising, or recruiting in higher education

• At least one year of experience as an admissions counselor, student ambassador, orientation leader, student leadership position, or Honors College student

• Familiarity with the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville campus

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
