Department: Student Assistance and Transition Department's Website: Summary of Job Duties: The Customer Service Specialist will serve as the main customer service representative for the ASK Desk on the second floor of the Donaldson Student Services Center. This position will serve as the welcoming, knowledgeable contact for guests- both current and prospective UA Little Rock students and their families as well as employees and community members visiting the building.
