Help Desk Analyst
Saturday - Tuesday 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
Job-Specific Duties: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks. Monitoring help desk phones, e-mails, and other electronic problem-reporting mechanisms. Make sure they are responding appropriately and in a precise and timely manner. Implements and installs new computer solutions and contributes to logistical solutions for unit needs. Utilizes a Problem Management database to register problems and record the most effective solutions. Contributes to departmental training with other staff and supervisors. Able to effectively resolve customer IT needs, record events/issues and their resolution in a ticketing system, and perform other duties as assigned.
Rate of Pay: $18.00/hr.
Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and two years of related experience. Work experience may substitute for education requirements.
