Under general supervision and according to established policies, procedures and in compliance with federal and state laws, to coordinate employment process. To interface with user departments regarding staffing needs. To utilize the most effective sourcing methods for identifying the best qualified applicants for job vacancies. To interview and assess qualifications of candidates and refers qualified applicants to hiring managers using online application system. To maintain required documentation throughout process and metrics for reporting purposes. To assist departments in resolving problems related to recruiting and staffing. May select candidates to hire for temporary positions, conduct new employee orientation and attend job fairs. May supervise support personnel.
Salary Range: $47,665.00 - $55,000
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
