Description:
The IT Support Technician will support daily operations of Tier I/II IT support, escalating to Tier III if needed, supporting University Credit Union team members and credit union members under the direction of the AVP of IT and Facilities. This role will need to have knowledge of and support critical business IT services, planning, development and execution consistent with University Credit Union’s culture and best practices.
