UCH is a Philadelphia-based Property Management Company that buys, renovates, maintains, and manages real estate for long-term investment. Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space in the Greater Philadelphia region.
We are seeking a motivated, professional Property Manager to work at our fast-paced Main Line Commercial and Residential Buildings in Bala-Cynwyd. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys seeing projects through to completion.
The primary responsibility of the Property Manager is to be the leader of their property. The Property Manager accomplishes this by overseeing the physical integrity of the building, resident and employee satisfaction, and exercising good judgment under pressure.
Prior experience in Property Management, Hospitality/Hotel Management is a must!
