Universal Thermal Service Inc. is a small niche business. We are seeking an Electro-
Mechanical/Calibration Technicians that are willing to travel, when needed.
We are in the field of servicing thermal spray coating equipment; where powdered metals, ceramics, and polymers are melted while being sprayed onto a substrate where they freeze to create a desired hard, protective surface over the substrate beneath.
Our mission is to assist companies in maintaining their thermal spray systems for optimum
functionality in electrical controls, pneumatics, mechanical and device calibrations.
We repair and rebuild equipment in our shop to perform as originally intended. It is a great learning location for mechanical and electrical issues that can be latter utilized for at the customers location. We travel to onsite locations to troubleshoot problems and calibrate these system[s]; providing them with a solution to their equipment issue[s].
We are seeking technicians having the following skills:
Enjoys working with people/customers
Enjoys to be the problem solver
Understands electrical controls basics
Understands electrical schematics
Understands use of multi-meter
Understands mechanical
Eye for details within the system area for possible faults during problem solving.
Pneumatics knowledge is a plus
Someone - Newly out of tech class is encouraged to apply!
