Job Summary:
Universal Site Services is a leader in providing on-grounds and exterior maintenance services for Northern California -Marin and Sonoma Counties. Primarily Petaluma, Cotati, Rohnert Park, Novato and San Rafael. We are committed to full-service solutions that give maximum independence to our clients. Valid driver license with a clean driving record is a must. Sonoma County residents only.

Job Duties:

• Performs exterior cleaning duties at the job site
• Picks up garbage from the property grounds
• Empties garbage receptacles as needed
• Sweeps sidewalks
• Wipes window sills
• Removes cobwebs and graffiti
• Other duties will be assigned as needed

Qualifications / Requirements:

• No education required, however, a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors to perform all cleaning duties of a shopping center/work site.
• Other physical requirements include: Standing for long periods of time, carrying, use of hands and arms, ability to crouch, kneel, and crawl. Must be able to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds normally and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Person must also be willing and able to work on site in a multitude of different weather conditions.
• Must be willing to work on Holidays and weekends.
• The person must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work on time.
• Must be able to understand English.
• A qualified person must also be able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone in order to send photos and text messages to the supervisor.
• Must have a valid Driver License and a clean driving record.
• Candidates must live in Sonoma County.
