In search of a day porter responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and cleanliness of job site in Menifee.

Work schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (2 hours per day on Monday, 3 hours per day on Wednesday, and 2 hours per day on Friday total of 7 hours per week)

(Working hours are flexible but must work early morning shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Hand picks up litter on property anywhere it is visible.
• Picks up trash in and around dumpster enclosure and sweeps the enclosure so it is clean.
• Hand sweeps and hand picks walkways so that there is no material or debris is present.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and wipe lids of all trash cans.
• Cleans small graffiti tags with spray.
• Remove staples, posters, flyers and posted material throughout job site.
• Removes reachable cobwebs from ceilings, overhangs, window ledges and around lights.

Requirements

• Working cell phone is required for daily communication and dispatch purposes along with punching in and out via App to be paid.
• Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies, tools and equipment.
• Standing/walking for long periods of time, ladder Climbing as requested or needed.
• Lifting: Normal, up to 50 pounds and occasionally, up to 75 pounds
• Required to work in a multitude of different weather conditions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
