The Recruiter is responsible for but not limited to:

· Sourcing, phone screening, and hiring for CDL A Truck Drivers

· Ensuring all candidates meet local and federal eligibility requirements

· Establishing recruiting requirements to build job descriptions/postings

· Determining applicant qualifications and arranging management interviews

· Travelling as needed for job fairs and trade shows

The ideal candidate will have:

· Strong communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills

· A sense of urgency, motivation, and grit

· Customer service, sales, recruiting, or transportation/logistics experience is a plus

· Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required

· High school diploma is required. College degree preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
