Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain and transportation management, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving operations. Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to optimize delivery schedules
- Monitor fleet performance and maintenance schedules
- Utilize systems such as Oracle Transportation Management and AS400 for efficient dispatching
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional phone etiquette
- Implement transportation plans to meet delivery deadlines

Requirements:

- Proven experience in dispatch supervision, preferably in a logistics setting
- Knowledge of freight operations and logistics processes
- Familiarity with Oracle Transportation Management or similar software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
